Quote requests received later in the day may be available the following morning. We quote policies on a first come first serve basis. We deliver quotes via phone and/or email.
In-office transactions are made more efficient by calling or emailing prior to your arrival. We can prepare all necessary documents beforehand if we have sufficient lead time.
We can assist with all insurance-related needs via phone and email to provide even further ease and efficiency. This is where most of our workforce is centered as it is the preferred method of the majority of clients, and leads to the most prompt, efficient, and accurate responses.
If you arrive in-office for a more complex transaction, it will be handled by way of task-creation for our agents/underwriters and placed in queue in order of receipt. Our CSA here in-office will take all necessary details and work with our agents/underwriters to answer all questions and solve all issues for you appropriately. This process could take 24-48 hours depending on level of complexity and volume of requests. We work diligently to be as prompt as possible for every request. We will then deliver all resolutions via phone and/or email.
